RULES 2025 SURVEY

Article 1 : General
The Kinepolis contest rules apply to this contest. These specific rules define the specific conditions related to the Sondage 2025 contest and prevail over the general contest rules.

Article 2 - Participants
This competition is open to Luxembourg residents only.

Article 3 - Competition procedure
Participation in the competition is valid if the participant completes the survey form fully and correctly. 

Incorrect information or incorrect submissions will invalidate participation.

 

Article 4 - Contest duration
The contest runs without interruption from December 23 to January 05 inclusive. Any participation outside this period is invalid.

Article 5 - Prizes
Provided all conditions of validity are met, participants have the chance to win the following prize: A year's cinema. The prize is personal, indivisible and cannot be transferred or exchanged for other benefits. No compensation of any kind will be given if the winner is unable to collect the prize. The winner will be contacted personally by e-mail.

GENERAL CONTEST RULES

Article 1 : Organization
KINEPOLIS GROUP S.A., headquartered at Boulevard du Centenaire 20, 1020 Brussels, company number BE 0415.928.179 (hereinafter referred to as “Kinepolis”), regularly organizes contests in which the winner's share of the prize money is awarded to the winner.
